The aftermath of war left Manouchehr with chemical wounds, a painful reminder of the conflict. Fereshteh faced immense challenges?his harsh words, financial difficulties, and the sorrow of seeing Manouchehr?s diminishing will to live. Yet, his heart?s deep love for Fereshteh kept him tethered to this world.
